On Friday, May 16, our St. Ed's Eagles Lacrosse teams are playing Sylvania at home. This is a huge game for our Eagles. The St. Ed's Varsity Lacrosse team is undefeated and No. 2 in the club division. Sylvania is No. 1 in the division. We would like to attract as many fans to this game as possible. The JV starts at 6:00pm and Varsity game begins at 7:30pm. Go Eagles!

Track 
The Eagles Track Team gather around the numerous trophies they acquired at the Ranger Relays at Lakewood on 4/18. The Eagles took first and broke meet records in the 4 x 100, 4 x 200, 4 x 400, 4 x 800 and Distance Medley relays. The Shuttle Hurdle relay also finished in first. The team title came down to the 4 x 400 relay, the last event of the evening. The team of Steve Miles, Alex Cameron, Derek Larsen and Seth Cunningham broke an 18 year old meet record in leading the Eagles to a team first place overall.

Cleveland Gladiators sign former
St. Ed's Eagles DB Alphonso Hodge
The Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League have signed Alphonso Hodge to their active roster. Hodge is a native of Lakewood, Ohio where he was a three-year letterman and an all-state selection as a senior at St. Edward High School. Hodge has also played in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets.
