The Annual Fund is a big part of our current success in educating the minds and hearts of young men. Contributions support our innovative curriculum and make possible student financial aid, technology upgrades, campus ministries activities, and vibrant extra-curricular opportunities.

What is the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund is the school’s yearly program that seeks unrestricted gifts to support ongoing needs. Unrestricted gifts are vitally important because they provide long-term strength and stability. Those gifts allow leadership to address high priority needs, respond to unforeseen situations, and invest in high potential areas for institutional advancement.

Why is the Annual Fund important?
Tuition and fees only cover a portion of operating costs. We increasingly rely on private support to keep tuition low and enrollment high. All students at St. Edward High School have benefited from the Annual Fund in the past. Continued support of the Annual Fund will benefit current and future students, and further distinguish the school from others in the Greater Cleveland area.

Who supports the Annual Fund?
All members of our community who have been impacted by St. Edward High School and support its mission. Our alumni, parents, grandparents, friends, neighbors, corporations and foundations have given generously.

What is our Goal?
We are setting strong goals for the 2023-2024 academic year (fiscal year is July 1 through June 30), and plan to raise over $1,300,000. More importantly, we seek high donor participation. There is no set amount for individual gifts. A gift to the Annual Fund is a vote of confidence in St. Edward High School.

 

What are the Gift Levels of the Annual Fund? 

Every gift makes a difference!  Each year the Annual Fund represents thousands of gifts that range from $10.00 to over $50,000.  The sizes of the gifts are as varied as the academic and programmatic areas they support.  And without a doubt, the continuous success of the Annual Fund is dependent on each and every gift. Make Your Gift Today!

 

Learn About Our Annual Fund Programs: 

• Holy Cross Society - Consider a leadership-level gift of $2,000 or more.

• Young Alumni, Classes of 2003-2022 - Consider being a Next Edsman Up with a leadership Level Gift.  

• C.S.C. Loyalty Club - Recognizes 2 or more consecutive years of giving to the Annual Fund. 

Matching Gift Program
St. Edward High School will benefit even more from your gift through an employee match program. 

It's easy to do:

• Ask your employer or your spouse's employer if they match gifts to secondary educational institutions.

• Obtain and complete the matching gift form. It is usually available from the Human resources department or your company website.

• Send the matching gift form to St. Edward High School.

• We will process the matching gift form.
