St. Edward High School SAC Gym 

Boys, Grades 7-8

Cost: $25

This workout camp will mainly focus on arm strength, arm care, efficient throwing mechanics, explosiveness, and hitting. 

Coaches & Instructors: Matt Rosinski (Head Varsity Coach), Brad Stillings (former professional pitcher for Minnesota Twins Organization), and current St. Ed's Varsity Baseball players.
