SUMMER 2023 "BIG MAN" FOOTBALL CAMP​

This camp is specifically geared toward offensive and defensive line play.  Each player will receive specialized instruction from the St. Edward High School coaching staff, current players, and recent Alumni.  Instructions will consist of on-the-field play, simple weight training exercises, and video review and study of your on-field performances.  Offensive line technique will cover stance, steps, body positioning, double teams, pulls, and pass sets.  Defensive line will cover stance, starts, defending blocks, tackling, and pass rush techniques. 

Campers should bring: Turf shoes, tennis shoes (in case of rain), and water.  If you play on the line of scrimmage during a football game or want to learn the tools it takes to compete in these positions then this camp is for you!
