Favorite plant: Hydrangea
Favorite restaurant: Barrio Lakewood
Favorite team: Any St. Ed’s team and the Cleveland Indians
My father, uncles, and older brother all attended St. Ed’s before me. Growing up, I always knew that I would be an Eagle and I spent every moment that I could in grade school and middle school at St. Ed’s events, including football and basketball games, sports camps, and the summer enrichment camp, Skills & Thrills. During my time as a student at St. Ed’s, I tried to be as involved as possible. There was hardly a day when I was not returning home after dinner because I was so involved with after school activities.
The St. Ed's community has grown in many ways since my time as a student and it offers an incredible array of opportunities for its Edsmen and their families. I look forward to the sharing with alumni, parents, and prospective families all the great things that are taking place at St. Ed’s!

When I was in middle school, I wasn't considering St. Ed's at first, primarily because of the distance from my home. My dad persuaded me to attend an Open House at St. Ed's, however, just to see what it had to offer. The Open House made a huge difference in my high school selection. The professionalism and the amount of preparation that went into the Open House at St. Ed's left a lasting impression on me. After considering all of my options, I concluded that St. Ed's would do the best job of preparing me for college.
Twenty years later, I am back at my alma mater to help prospective students learn all that St. Ed's has to offer. I am proud to say that the school is now stronger than ever, and it is a pleasure to give back to the school that has given so much to me. I look forward to meeting with you and sharing my insights on the St. Ed's experience.

Like Dan, my Father, Uncles, & many Cousins all attended St. Ed's before & with me. Growing up we always followed the Eagles athletics teams with great interest, and attended many summer sports camps, as well as Skills & Thrills (The Precursor to "Get the Edge.") St. Edward became a second home to myself, and my cousin / classmate Brendan Wentz '01 growing up. We rarely came home until late each night, and were on campus early before school to be a part of clubs, morning communion services, or athletic training sessions.
Having the opportunity to return to St. Edward as a professional has been an exciting, and fulfilling experience. Our community is continuing to grow in so many exceptional ways supporting our students' growth in faith & character, through academic excellence, & nationally renowned extracurricular opportunities. I am very much looking forward to getting to know many future Eagles, and their families this coming year!

“As a parent of Edsmen, I have always been impressed by the ways in which St. Edward embodies the Holy Cross Mission and teaches young men what it means to live and act as men of hope and integrity each and every day. Now that I have experienced St. Ed’s from an inside perspective, it is even more apparent what a special place it is, and I look forward to ways In which I can create new relationships with incoming students and their families.
