All 7th Grade boys are invited to take the Pre-HSPT at St. Edward High School.

 

The Pre-HSPT provides an opportunity for 7th Graders to practice the HSPT (High School Placement Test), which is offered to 8th graders in the fall.  The Pre-HSPT enables 7th Graders to become more familiar with the types of questions offered on the HSPT, and it will show you how your test-taking skills compare to other 7th Graders.

The Pre-HSPT will be offered at St. Edward High School on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

The test will last approximately three hours, and it will assess students' abilities in Verbal Skills, Quantitative Skills, Reading, Math and Language.

Spaces for this test are limited, and pre-registration is required. 

To pre-register, please complete the form below. The Pre-HSPT Registration Fee is $20.

Check-in: Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before the start of the test for check-in, and enter the building through the Marilyn and David Palisin ’64 Commons.  Parking is available in the parking lot at the corner of Detroit Avenue and Nicholson Avenue. Pencils will be provided by St. Edward.  Calculators are not permitted.
