The Wings Auction is the biggest hoedown of the year! Every spring, the St. Edward community moseys on over for an unforgettable night. Famous for its show-stoppin’ décor and down-right creative themes, this annual celebration is the school’s largest fundraiser for financial aid and scholarships—supporting the Edsmen who need it most.

More than 600 guests saddle up for an evening packed with high-energy live auctions, spirited silent auctions, a rip-roarin’ Fund-a-Need showdown, and plenty of gourmet grub to keep everyone fueled for the fun. Over nearly three decades, Wings has raised more than $12 million, proving that when this community saddles up, there’s no telling how far we can go.

All are welcome to join us as we kick up some dust and make this year’s Wings Auction the best one yet!

The Acquisitions Committee is the engine behind the success of the Wings Auction! This incredible group gathers to brainstorm and procure hundreds of exciting auction items. The next meeting is on Monday, March 16 at 6 p.m. If you'd like to get involved, email tzahn@sehs.net.

We’re Wrangling Auction Items!

We’re fixin’ to gather a mighty fine collection of auction items: vacation rentals, golf outings, gift cards, theater and sports tickets, autographed memorabilia, art, gift baskets, vouchers for special experiences, home and garden items—or anything else that will spark bids. Every contribution, big or small, is appreciated and fully tax deductible. Click here for our donation form.

Instant Wine Cellar

Each year, our auction highlights an unforgettable 300-bottle “Instant Wine Cellar” that ignites a friendly bidding war! Please help us fill the cellar! Bottles of any variety, valued at $15 or more, can be shipped to or dropped off at the Office of Institutional Advancement during school hours.
