Staying true to the values of the Holy Cross Congregation, and promoting the mission of the International Baccalaureate Programme; it is the VISION of the St. Edward High School International Baccalaureate Parent Association to:

• Come together to serve those around us, modeled by the Holy Family; as we welcome, strengthen, and cultivate meaningful relationships in order to create a relevant & vibrant community.
  
  
• Provide a support group unique to IB students and their parents that promotes the Holy Cross Tradition of Servant Leadership and Men of Faith.
  
  
• Partner with school educators to support IB students as they develop into young men.
  
  

Our Mission

MISSION STATEMENT:

The St. Edward High School IB Parent Association is committed to strengthening the partnership between the IB parents and the school to enhance the parent and student experience in the program. The IB Parent Association is focused on engaging IB parents and IB faculty and embracing programs that parallel the mission and goals of St. Edward High School and the IB program.

PURPOSE:

St. Edward High School IB Parent Association is a volunteer parent group that provides support and information to the IBstudents, parents, faculty and staff in the following ways:

• Organize informational and educational meetings for IB parents and students about the various components of the IB program, the college application process, and other topics of interest to IB families.
• Organize social and student relationship activities for the IB program.
• Provide support in implementing the Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) component of the IB program.
• Provide teacher appreciation events and gifts for the IB faculty
• Publish the IB directory and IB newsletter to enhance communication among IB families.
• Reinforce the concept of all St. Edward students as one community.
