Mrs. Kelly Andrews joined St. Edward in 2023 and serves as the school’s Social Worker as well as co-moderator of LIME (Life Improvement, Mental Empowerment), the student-led mental wellness club. She has deep family connections to St. Edward, including her husband, Bill Andrews ’98, and her father-in-law, Craig Andrews ’56, with the school being part of her family’s story since 1956. She was drawn to St. Edward by the strong sense of community, the Holy Cross mission, and the school’s commitment to service.
Kelly values the opportunity to support students and families by providing resources and mental wellness guidance, a role shaped by her previous 14 years at the Cleveland Clinic as a mental health therapist, where she co-facilitated the Adult Mood Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. She is inspired daily by the dedication of the faculty and staff and feels fortunate to work alongside such a supportive community.
Kelly and her husband have two sons, Patrick ’26 and Kevin ’29. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family at sporting events and at the beach and is blessed to have a large extended family, including 33 nieces and nephews.
