Laura Gallagher joined St. Edward High School in 2019 and serves in Human Resources. She has strong family connections to the school, including her brother, David Corrado ’78, her father-in-law, Edward Gallagher ’60, and two brothers-in-law, both SEHS graduates. Drawn to St. Edward by its commitment to educating young men in the Holy Cross values, she loves supporting students through community service, extracurricular opportunities, and the practice of humility.
Laura values creating a positive workplace culture, getting to know employees, and working on equitable policies and practices. She has built a long career in HR across multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, media, and banking. Outside of school, she enjoys gardening, boating, golfing, pickleball, yoga, line dancing, and traveling with her spouse, family, and friends. She is proud of raising three sons to be kind and productive adults, and of earning her M.B.A. as the first in her family to do so, and of having studied ballet for 18 years.
