Maggie Kern

About

In her first year teaching at St. Edward, Mrs. Kern is excited to join a legacy of family members who have walked the halls of the school, including her grandpa, dad, uncles, and brothers. She was drawn to St. Edward because of its deep-rooted tradition of shaping young men through strong character and faith, a vision she shared as she decided to become a teacher. Mrs. Kern loves witnessing the “aha!” moments when students grasp challenging concepts and enjoys building relationships with them. Outside of school, she can be found reading a book or preparing to welcome her first baby in October.
