Phil Singh '85

About

Phil Singh ’85 joined the St. Edward High School community in 2023 and teaches entrepreneurship, serving as Entrepreneur in Residence. He is also an assistant coach for rowing and co-leads several student organizations, including Eagle Ventures Business and the Entrepreneurship and Investing Club. After a 35-year career in business—primarily in the food industry—Phil returned to his alma mater to give back to the school that had a lasting impact on him.

Mr. Singh values helping students connect what they learn in business classes to real-world applications, whether through building and growing small businesses or learning the fundamentals of investing. He enjoys working with engaged students and supporting their growth into confident, capable young men. Outside of school, Phil enjoys exploring great restaurants, golfing, reading, building Lego sets, and buying and selling books and baseball cards, and he is proud of his children.
