Boys in grade 7 are invited to participate in a fun day of classroom challenges designed to give a taste of what St. Edward has to offer. Participants will tour campus, eat lunch, and meet current students. Visitors should wear casual clothing and athletic shoes. Registration is required.
Grade 7 Admission Practice Test

Private schools all over the country use the High School Placement Test as part of their admission process for eighth-grade applicants. Taking a practice version of the HSPT can be very beneficial for seventh graders, as it helps them become familiar with the test’s format and the types of questions that are asked. This preparation can reduce test anxiety and improve performance on the real exam.
The Pre-HSPT is a standardized, multiple-choice exam that measures academic abilities in the following areas: verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language.
