The Office of Admission is here to guide you as you explore what makes St. Edward a special place to learn and grow.

Kim Kuchta
Vice President, Enrollment & Strategy
Kim Kuchta brings more than two decades of experience in education to her role. She began her career as a first-grade teacher before serving as principal of a Catholic elementary school for 13 years, where she developed a passion for helping students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually while partnering closely with families.
As the mother of Brady ’25 and Gavin ’28, Kim experienced firsthand the profound impact the school had on her own sons. Watching her boys grow into confident, compassionate young men inspired her to join the St. Edward staff, where she now helps other families begin that same journey.
Mrs. Kuchta believes the high school search is about more than academics—it's about finding a community where a young man is known, challenged, supported, and encouraged to become the person God created him to be. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with prospective families and guiding them through the admissions process with warmth, honesty, and care.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and is grateful to be part of a school community that has become an extension of her own family. Whether attending school events, cheering on her children, or welcoming prospective families to campus, she is always eager to share what makes St. Edward such a special place.

Molly Pietch
Associate Director of Admission
Molly Pietch joined the Admissions Team in 2022, but her connection to St. Edward goes back much further. Her father, Ray Coughlin '67, is an alumnus, and her sons Matt '20, Jack '23, and Michael '28 have continued the family tradition. After experiencing firsthand the impact the school had on her own family, Molly was excited for the opportunity to help other parents discover what makes the school so special.
Known for her upbeat personality and contagious enthusiasm, Molly helps bring joy to everyday school life. She's the one curating the morning playlists, filling the hallways with music, and helping create the positive, welcoming atmosphere that greets students each day. She believes a little fun can go a long way in building community and loves being part of a school where joy is celebrated alongside academic excellence.
Outside of work, Molly loves spending time with her husband and four children, as well as her extended family, including her three sisters, brother Tim Coughlin '90, and many nieces and nephews. Every Sunday, they gather for a family dinner—a tradition that reflects the importance of faith, family, and togetherness in her life.

Jaclyn Pieffer
Admissions Operations Manager
Jackie Pieffer's connection to St. Edward began long before she joined the staff. Her husband is a proud alumnus, and as a wrestling family, the Pieffers have spent years cheering on the Eagles. Their son, Frankie '27, has grown up on campus and is a member of the wrestling program. Their daughters attend Magnificat High School and St. Angela Merici School, making Catholic education an important part of their family's life.
Family has always been at the center of Mrs. Pieffer's life, and that is one of the reasons St. Edward feels so much like home. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside families as they begin their high school journey and finds genuine joy in watching young men grow into the people they are meant to become. She's the first to admit she's quick to tear up at a graduation, Awards Night, or any milestone that celebrates a student's growth because she knows how meaningful those moments are for families.
Outside of work, Mrs. Pieffer enjoys cheering for her kids at softball, volleyball, and wrestling events.

Myles Hamilton '12
Youth Engagement Coordinator
Miles Hamilton '12 returned to St. Edward because he knows firsthand the impact the school can have on a young man's life. As Youth Engagement Coordinator, he plans events and experiences that introduce prospective students to the brotherhood.
Having once been in the shoes of the students he now welcomes to campus, Mr. Hamilton enjoys sharing his own experiences and serving as a mentor throughout the admissions process. He believes the relationships formed at St. Edward extend far beyond graduation and is passionate about helping future Eagles find their place.
In addition to his work in admissions, Mr. Hamilton also serves as an assistant junior varsity basketball coach, giving him another chance to spend time with students outside the classroom. Some of his favorite St. Edward memories are from the basketball court, but just as many come from cheering on his classmates at football games and other sporting events. He's excited to help today's students make those same kinds of memories.

Lisa DePasquale-Mortimer
Admissions & Hospitality Coordinator
For most families, Lisa DePasquale-Mortimer is one of the first people they meet at St. Edward. Since joining the school in 2019, she has become a familiar, friendly voice on the phone and a welcoming face at the front desk, answering questions, assisting visitors, and making sure everyone experiences the warm hospitality that is a hallmark of the Holy Cross tradition.
Mrs. Mortimer believes that a smile, a kind word, or taking a few extra minutes to help someone can make all the difference. Whether greeting prospective families, connecting callers with the right person, or helping alumni and current parents, she enjoys making every interaction a positive one.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys video games, attending concerts, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, a St. Edward teacher, and their young daughter are proud to be part of a community that feels like an extension of their own family.
