Spawned from the likes of Stomp and The Blue Man Group, The Trash Talkers take steel can and barrel beats to a whole new level!

With their distinct sound and appeal, the group tours area schools, festivals, and sporting events, inspiring onlookers into uncontrollable foot-tapping and rhythmic head bobbing.

The Trash Talkers' story began in 2002. With just eight students, the group started small, but their infectious energy resonated. Word spread and The Trash Talkers quickly became a St. Edward phenomenon. The troupe is 100% student-led, with Edsmen overseeing all aspects of the performance, including choreography, song selection, arrangements, and more.

The Trash Talkers have had the honor of performing on WKYC Channel 3, FOX-8, and 19-Action News. They've played on street corners, center court (and center ice!), an island, a moving flatbed trailer, the steps of Cleveland City Hall, and even at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their dedication and versatility have landed them on an impressive list of stages, but their true passion lies in connecting with their audience.

The Trash Talkers perform 30-minute shows at a wide variety of public festivals, school events, and corporate functions. A donation is requested in order to cover transportation and supplies. If you have questions or would like to book the Trash Talkers, click here.
