St. Edward High School is proud to announce that during the 2023-24 academic year, Edsmen completed an astounding 13,163 hours of service, embodying the true spirit of Holy Cross. More than 50% of our students went above and beyond their required volunteer hours, reflecting their dedication to making a positive impact in the community.

Edsmen brought hope and support to the world through various initiatives, including:

  • Serving on-campus community meals
  • Distributing hygiene kits to those facing homelessness
  • Tutoring English-language learners
  • Constructing homes with Habitat for Humanity
  • Visiting senior citizens
  • Harvesting produce for Lakewood residents in need
  • Writing letters to active servicemen
  • And so much more!

These experiences allowed Edsmen to interact meaningfully with marginalized segments of society, fostering growth as servant leaders. Their efforts not only benefited those in need but also enriched their own lives through acts of compassion and service.

We are incredibly proud of our students' commitment to community service and their dedication to living out the values of St. Edward High School. Their hard work and generosity truly make a difference in the world.
