This past weekend, Edsmen hit the trail for a brand-new retreat experience—an 84-mile roundtrip bike journey from Lakewood to Akron and back, complete with an overnight camping adventure. Pedaling through scenic trails, they bonded as brothers, deepened their faith, and discovered the power of nature to inspire the soul.
Led by Campus Minister Max Linnville, this new opportunity was inspired by the Wilderness Retreat but was designed to be more local as participants rode their bikes through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It also included an Ecological Stations of the Cross, combining prayer with the environment and building brotherhood through these unique, shared experiences. Check out the video below!
