ST. ED'S CELEBRATES VP OF FINANCE, DONALD MURPHY ON HIS RETIREMENT

Last Friday, St. Ed's community gathered together outside the Palisin Commons to celebrate the retirement of dedicated, long-time employee, Don Murphy. Don has been a committed and loyal member of the St. Edward community for over 40 years, serving as Coach, Athletic Director and Vice President of Finance. From working countless late nights and throughout every weekend, Don has exhibited an unselfish commitment to helping families navigate the financial aid process so that their sons could attend St. Edward High School.

"Don is a special gift from God," says Coach, Teacher and Tutor Greg Urbas. "We are so fortunate to have had him as part of St. Ed's and the wrestling community for so long."

"Dedicated, loyal and conscientious are the words I think of when someone mentions Don Murphy. He is a man you can count on at all times," says Bill Leonard '68, Trustee and Finance Committee Chair.

St. Edward High School congratulates Don Murphy on his retirement and expresses our gratitude for his years of service and the impact he's made on the community.
