"The overall achievements of the boys are a direct result of hard work and accountability," says Head Rowing Coach and Film teacher Will Fistek. "The culture of the team has developed over this year and is what set us up for a tremendous amount of opportunity for growth as we entered this spring season. The most rewarding part of this being my first year as Head Rowing Coach has been seeing the boys show up and embrace the challenges that have been presented to them. The whole team has worked hard to challenge each other every day, and the overall joy and promising result of all their hard work is so rewarding."
