ST. ED'S MAJOR SPONSOR, CHOOLAAH COLLABORATES WITH EDSMEN ON INTERDISCIPLINARY CAMPAIGN PROJECT



Over the past eight months, St. Ed's Honors English I and Advanced Business students have collaborated with our colleagues at Choolaah to create spec ad campaigns for their restaurant. Choolaah, a fresh take on the timeless experience of sitting, sharing and savoring good company and good food, provides popular Indian BBQ with a modern commitment to health and familiarity. The popular and growing restaurant chain has been a major sponsor for St. Ed's Athletics and became even more engaged with the student experience by sponsoring this interdisciplinary effort between English and Business students ranging from freshmen to seniors.


Choolaah welcomed students to their West 25th location by the West Side Market to scout the business, try their food and inspire their various marketing campaign creations. Earlier this week, St. Ed's returned the favor and welcomed Choolaah Senior Manager of Strategic Projects Todd Leirmann to campus as students pitched their ad campaigns for how Choolaah can capitalize on new market opportunities, increase customer connection to Choolaah's food and overall experience, and create new social media content. Special thanks to Choolaah for being engaged sponsors and for their overall support of St. Edward High School and the hard work of our Edsmen.
